- Fill out the registration form below & click "Submit"
- Your information will be displayed for confirmation. Once you have confirmed that all information is correct, click "Confirm."
- Membership requests are processed by our staff within 24 hours.
- A Welcome e-mail will be sent to you the day of your registration by midnight.
- If you select to pay with a Credit Card or a direct bank account withdrawal: You will be taken to a webpage with additional information and a "PAY NOW" button. NOTE: Your credit card must be issued to a US mailing address in order to use this option. International cards cannot be accepted by our payment system.
- If you select to pay with a PO/Check: An invoice will be e-mailed to you. Submit the invoice to your Central Office for payment. All funds received must be in U.S. Dollars. NOTE: If you choose to change your preferred payment method, the invoice will contain a web-link that will allow you to submit your payment with a Credit Card or a direct bank account withdrawal. We allow 6 weeks for payment to reach our offices via mailed paper check.
- PLEASE NOTE: For Level 2 Memberships, access to the VAULT OF CUTTINGS is only provided upon receipt of a signed PO (which can be faxed to us at 316-444-3837 or e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org) or upon payment of the account.
